About YMCA Garstang

The leisure centre was established in September 1985 and hosts a variety of activities; including badminton, football, netball, table tennis and volleyball. The centre also runs 5-a-side football leagues and indoor bowls leagues. We also have a wide range of aerobic and martial arts classes in the day time and evenings.

Garstang Badminton Club use the facilities for league matches and training, and we also have a netball and volleyball club using the centre too. The centre is also available for private hire for birthday parties, school, groups and clubs.

Within the centre, we have a gym & fitness studio with the latest state-of-the-art equipment including new LF Connect interactive technology and free weights. The staff are able to give inductions and programmes to all members and take you through the new kit and its interactive capabilities. Both the sites in Garstang have wheelchair access and changing facilities.
